Terms & Conditions for registering in the Service Providers (SP) Database

  1. Centr@le de la Traduction operates a website open to language Service Providers (translation/interpreting/DTP/software localization) and their customers.
  2. Client companies may post a request for quotes free of charge and do not need to register.
  3. SPs may register their profile as Agency or Freelancer and enjoy site services for a 3-month subscription free of charge. They will receive real-time alerts from companies about jobs. Freelancers will receive on-line alerts about jobs posted by agencies.
  4. Each SP registering on this site certifies that all personal information provided in its profile est accurate.
  5. Centr@le de la Traduction reserves its right to remove from the SP database any information that would be found inaccurate, misleading or offensive.
  6. Centr@le de la Traduction certifies that this site complies with French rules and regulations regarding privacy and personal data protection.
  7. Centr@le de la Traduction disclaims all responsability for non-quality of services provided by SPs registered on this site. Each SP registered on this site holds Centr@le de la Traduction harmless for any claims for damages in relation with services provided in response to a request posted on this site.
  8. Each SP registered on this site declares that it has read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
