Terms & Conditions of Quotation Service

  1. Centr@le de la Traduction/Translation-Marketplace provides Customer Companies free of charge a service whereby they can submit Requests For Quotes for any translation/interpreting/DTP/localization project and get several Quotes on line from Service Providers registered on this Site.
   2. Requests for Quotes may be entered in French or English, or any other languages as these may be made available on Site Interface in the future.
   3. The User hereby certify that It is a duly authorized representative of Customer Company and that all information submitted in the RFQ is true and accurate.
   4. Centr@le de la Traduction reserves its right to remove from its databases any inaccurate and or/illegal information submitted by Users. Il will also ban acess of Customer Companies which do not comply with these Terms of Service herein.
   5. Requests for Quotes entered by Customer Companies shall relate to a real project considered by the User.
   6. Centr@le de la Traduction can not be held responsible for the performance/quality of service provided by Registered Providers, as it has no control over them.
   7. The Customer Company using this service of quotes hereby accepts to respond to any follow-up inquiry/survey regarding the quality/performance of Registered Service Providers.
   8. As a duly authorized Representative of the Customer Company, I hereby accept the above stated Terms of Service as well the General Terms & Conditions of the Site and certify that all information submitted herein is true and accurate.
